The staff will
surprise you with their ability to conjure up amazing food in the middle of
nowhere. Coming from a hotel management background, Steven has a close eye on
food quality and hygiene. We always serve fresh food, often supplemented by
the smaller catch of the day. Nile Perch is delicious and our cooks will
prepare them very well for you. Egyptian food is not spicy. We carry wine and
beer on board. There is always plenty of bottled drinking water on the boats.
