The Lake Nasser area is controlled by the Egyptian army and police and as such we have to apply
for permission and a fishing permit for each angler who comes on a safari. To
get those papers we need a photocopy of your passport; main information page
with photo only. The visa page is not required. Please be sure to photocopy
or scan and e-mail or fax these copies when you make a booking. Important: we
need the copies at least 1 week before your arrival. For one
day trips we only need your passport copies the day before you depart on the
lake.
