The
streamers for Nile Perch have to be big, around 15–20 cm, with 2 strong
single hooks 5/0–7/0. Rabbit gives them a good appearance and you
think they are alive once you put them in the water. The head should be heavy
and the knot must be flexible, a loop knot will be perfect. If you
wish to order special flies for Lake Nasser, please contact stef.giraudeau@wanadoo.fr. All big
flies for pike can work but they should be strong with very sharp hooks. Many
colours work, especially black and red, orange and a classical chartreuse
will do it.

For
Tiger Fish use small streamers for trout or bonefish with single hooks
between 4 and 8 depending on your manufacturer. Flies should be bright and
flashy.
Crazy
Charlie’s, Small Deceivers and various reservoir lures on sharp hooks work
well.
Best
colours: hot orange, red, pearl-white and silver with a little touch of
intense orange are successful.
