CRUISE BOAT “NUBIANA“ WITH PRIVATE CABINS

This is our newest boat on the lake and is called the “Nubiana“. It is operational since May 2007 and we are proud to offer an upscale version of our famous boat-trekking & safari trip between Aswan and Abu Simbel. A real alternative to the few large cruise ships on the lake with more than 100 passengers capacity and mainly dedicated to visiting the temples. We have the advantage that our boats can navigate into all parts of the lake because of the very little boat depth. Big boats can only navigate in the middle of the lake.

This boat can accommodate up to 8 passengers sleeping in private cabins and an extra 2 passengers sleeping on the upper deck on single mattresses. It complies with all the necessary security requirements and is powered by twin 85 HP engines.

You will find a 16.5m double deck steel boat with 4 double cabins (3 normal and 1 suite) on the lower deck, a warm water shower, 2 toilets and a comfortably furnished upper deck with lounge, a large eating table and seating area that allows you to enjoy continuously the fantastic scenery while you are cruising the desert.

The cabins have two comfortable single beds which can be joined to a double bed, a luggage storage area and a 220V plug. Linen and towel service on board. Fresh drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks and mineral water) available and stored in your private refrigerator. The kitchen is on a supply boat that accompanies the small cruise ship. “Nubiana“ provides you with full privacy and comfort for an unforgettable desert lake safari.

“Nubiana“ can be privately chartered with an adjacent extra fast boat for fishing or water skiing.
